Amex really has a great system, specially when you get into the employee cards. One problem I've been having is with the Schwab AMEX platinum. Every time I apply it says that I'm not eligible for the sign up bonuses. Same thing happens when trying to apply with a P2. Any ideas on why this happens?
Try again in a few months. It can just be random sometimes. Nice thing is you can earn MR in the mean time and cash out through Schwab later down the road once you get it. If you do a triple dip with Schwab it can be worth even if you don’t get a sign up bonus.
