***NOTE*** This was one of the first posts, and it’s best to start with the Quarterly Plans and ask questions in the Slack Group before diving in.
Below, I’m going to outline a step by step process for *anyone* to generate a bonus $10,000 USTT their twelve months of credit card churning/Manufactured Spending. Will it be easy? Actually, yes. So easy in fact that the first paid substack who earns $10,000 USTT through this process and sends me proof? I’ll personally coach them throughout the rest of the twelve month period to get to $25,000 USTT. That’s right! Calls, twitter DM’s, etc, I’ll help you hit $25K for free and from there, the sky is the limit.
I’m offering to provide the first paid substack subscriber that generates $10,000 USTT from the below process, free coaching until they clear $25,000 USTT.
While it’s possible to hit this target via organic spend, it is far easier and more efficient to hit it with manufactured spending (MS). Easier to spend $20K in a day and get that back in your bank account in 3 days, then slowly hit each spending target with everyday spend. The free sub will outline the general plan, best credit card products, and current offers / noteworthy news. The paid sub will focus on couch MS: a way to quickly hit minimum spends and generate profits. In the next few weeks, the paid sub will have the below info with a step by step manufactured spending plan to easily hit the $10K goal.
The people in this hobby that will be most successful will take calculated risks, MS hard, and not be afraid to open many credit cards.
There are many ways to make lots of money with this, the main goal is figuring out a plan to spend lots of money, while getting that money back in your bank account ASAP.

FAQ and tips
-Always pay your credit card off in full every due date! Have a plan to make sure you can pay it off, NEVER CARRY A BALANCE AND PAY INTEREST
-Always make sure the sign up bonus matches what you expect as you apply for the card. Things change all the time, so best to read each step along the way and make sure you are actually getting the sign up bonus you expect.
-Can I apply for a business card without a business? Chase/Amex are very lenient when it comes to applying for business cards. Do you sell baseball cards online, babysit? Do anything that earns additional money? Chances are very high that you already have a business. Just put sole proprietorship, and you can use you SSN as your EIN.
-What is Chase Schwab Cash out? Chase Schwab Cash out allows you to redeem Amex points as cash in your Schwab brokerage account at a 1.1 rate. (eg 100,000 MR would be able to be cashed out at $1,100)
-What about paying the annual fee next year? I would keep every card listed above with the exception of the Amez Biz Platinum and the Amex Resy Platinum. Before canceling, I would chat Amex to see if they have retention offers. Usually they’ll give pretty good offers ($300 after $3,000 in spending, or sometimes waive the annual fee entirely).

Looks like the Double Cash doesn't offer a Welcome Bonus anymore. Should I swap it for the Custom Cash/Rewards+ or just move on to the next card?
With the 1st card....it is only 5x on select categories..."Earn 5% cash back on the first $25,000 spent in combined purchases at office supply stores and on internet, cable and phone services each account anniversary year." Also I guess that would mean the $1250 is after the anniversary year not when you hit $25000?
